Born and raised in Peru, Priscila immigrated to California at age 15. In 2017, they earned their Bachelors of Arts in Film, Television & Digital Media from the University of California, Los Angeles. Their body of work stems from labor, queerness, community-driven self-expression, and our relationship to the Land in the age of climate change. With nearly 10 years of professional visual storytelling practice, they have worked with The Nature Conservancy, The Water Foundation, Algalita, North East Trees, Familia TQLM among other organizations, collectives, and unions guided by social justice & liberation. Their films have traveled to five continents through film festivals and broadcast television. When not working, Priscila enjoys stargazing and hiking. In 2023-2024, they journeyed 6 countries in South America with only a backpack and a camera.
